Approach
In my practice, I draw on the symbolism behind the name Galena, which stems from my full name. Galena also refers to a mineral known for its grounding and healing properties, representing the pursuit of harmony. This dual inspiration shapes my approach, blending clinical expertise with a holistic perspective to help clients align their mind, body, and spirit, fostering personal growth and resilience.

Galena offers an integrative, person-centered approach tailored to each individual’s needs, combining my clinical knowledge with diverse treatment modalities such as humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches.

Through warmth, compassion and attunement, I support clients in embracing their vulnerability, building inner strength, and achieving meaningful personal transformation.
It is my mission to provide accessible therapy to people with culturally and linguistically diverse needs
As someone from a culturally diverse background, I bring a deep understanding and appreciation for the complexities of navigating different cultural identities. I provide a respectful, inclusive space where clients can explore their unique values, beliefs, and experiences. I tailor my approach to align with their cultural context and address challenges such as acculturation, discrimination, or balancing dual identities. By fostering open dialogue, honoring their heritage, and building on their strengths, I help clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals in a way that aligns with their values.
